About Your IdyllicVisit
Arrival
Treatment times listed are approximate. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment so that we can carry out a pre-treatment consultation with you first. Our relaxation lounge is for 16s and over and is included as part of all spa treatments and packages. To benefit most from your Idyllic experience please allow extra time to spend in there before or after your treatment and refresh your senses with a herbal tea and fresh fruit.
Treatment Suitability
Not all treatments are suitable for pregnant ladies or clients with specific medical conditions, therefore please inform your therapist of any medical conditions prior to booking the treatment. We do reserve the right to not perform unsuitable treatments on clients.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required in advance to confirm all bookings. This deposit is redeemable on your treatment or can be held as an on-going deposit and used whenever you like.
We ask that you kindly provide us with 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule, to avoid the full cost of the treatment being charged.
During the last 2 weeks of December we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, to avoid the full cost of the treatment being charged.
