Harriet
Salon Director / Beauty Therapist
Harriet has always been passionate about the beauty industry and Idyllic is founded on her drive and commitment to creating a wonderful client experience. Idyllic is loved by its clients and has become a destination on Cranleigh High Street with its emphasis on outstanding service and the personal touch. Harriet has built the salon from scratch and all the hard work paid off in 2017 when Idyllic took home the coveted title of Best Beauty Salon in the Nation at the Professional Beauty National Awards. But Harriet won’t let the success go to her head! She continues to use her skills and experience to deliver wonderful treatments and loves being at the centre of salon life. Harriet is really excited about the future of Idyllic and about developing the team and the salon to be even better in the future.
Amy
Manager / Beauty Therapist
Amy began her career in Switzerland at just 19 years old. She joined Idyllic in July 2019 bringing with her 13 years’ of experience to Idyllic, and she joins Tasha and Rosie as one of our senior beauty therapists. Harriet was keen to bring Amy into the day spa having worked with her back in 2009 and knowing both her skills and her passion for the job. Amy loves working on nails and eye treatments and specialises in Nouveau Eyelash Extensions.
Sabrina
Manager / Beauty Therapist
In January 2024, Sabrina returned to the idyllic team, bringing her wealth of experience and expertise in cutting-edge treatments. Her deep passion for the industry drives her to assist clients in reaching their goals while ensuring they feel incredible.
Tasha
Senior Beauty Therapist
Tasha joined Idyllic in November 2018 with seven years’ experience in beauty therapy. Tasha offers a range of exciting nail art designs and is passionate about the precision and detail needed for truly beautiful nails. Passionate about her role as a beauty therapist; Tasha loves meeting people and brings a kind and caring environment to all her treatments.
Rosie
Senior Beauty Therapist
Rosie joined the team in August 2022 bringing with her 17 years' of experience and has a love for both spa and beauty treatments. She is passionate about skincare, in particular one of our brands Dermalogica and enjoys performing luxury, results driven Facials, helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
Melanie
Beauty Therapist
Melanie joined the team in August 2023 bringing many years of experience having started her career in London 2007. She enjoys beauty and body treatments, particularly facials and massage and loves making clients feels pampered and relaxed when they leave. She loves meeting new people and seeing clients return.
Leah
Beauty Therapist
Leah joined the Idyllic team in November 2023 with over 10 years' experience in various spas and salons in Surrey. Leah's most favourite treatments are eyelash extensions and massage and she has specialised in lash extensions for many years. Leah loves meeting new clients and making them feel pampered.
Jade
Beauty Therapist
Jade is passionate about giving all our clients a truly Idyllic welcome. With previous experience as a beauty therapist, Jade has now gone back to offering treatments, and will recommend the best possible services so that you can get the results you are looking for. Jade says "I love working with the fantastic team at Idyllic and seeing what a difference our wonderful treatments make to each and every one of our clients."
Kerry
Receptionist
Kerry joined the front of house team at Idyllic in September 2023 - just in time for lots of exciting changes and the expansion of the salon. With a passion for beauty, Kerry takes great pleasure in meeting all our clients and getting to know them. Kerry has a warm welcome and a big smile for everyone and will make sure that your Idyllic experience is perfect.

Receptionist
Gemma is part of our front of house team. She is passionate and loves all aspects of beauty and helping clients enjoy their Idyllic experience. She is here to assist and answer any questions you may have.
