Privacy Policy

At Idyllic we take your personal data very seriously and all your information is kept confidential at all times and stored away from the general public.

Any medical information you provide will only ever be used by Idyllic’s salon staff in connection to your appointment and this needs to be updated if there are any changes so that we can carry out your treatments safely.

We are required under UK law to keep your personal data such as name, address and medical history for a minimum of six years after which it can be safely destroyed.

We do not share any of your details with anyone else apart from our data processor, Premier Spa Software, which is our online booking system and they are fully GDPR compliant. We will only contact you about appointments via email or text if you need to be contacted (post appointment feedback). We will only contact you with our quarterly newsletter detailing our offers or text appointment reminders if you opt in.

It falls under legitimate interest that we collect this information however if at any point you believe any information is incorrect you may request to see it and have it corrected or deleted.
